Can you tell me a bit about Investr? 

Investr is a new arm we've created under Mike Greer Homes - part of the wider Mike Greer Group. We saw a real need in the market for a dedicated service to support people investing in property. 

 What does that service look like? 

Anyone looking to invest in property can come to us. We’ll talk to them, understand their goals, and figure out how we can help. Some might be first-time investors and need a bit more education, while others might be more experienced. We work with all kinds of investors. 

We take them through the process, explore what options we have available, and support them throughout - whether they need a solicitor, a mortgage broker, or a property manager. We either provide that support directly or connect them with our trusted partners.

From the beginning, our motto was to back Kiwis and help Kiwis invest in property. Dot Kiwi aligns perfectly with that. It’s a Kiwi-owned business, backing other Kiwi businesses. It just made sense.
